Refund Policy:

At Poverty Valley every product we create is handcrafted with delicacy and love. We value your satisfaction and safety above all. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each one of our products goes through high quality checks prior to being shipped and once it is sent out we unfortunately do not have control over the conditions it may undergo.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an item that is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Notification period: You must notify us of any damage or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your package. Please contact customer service at povertyvalleyco@gmail.com
with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. We
will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you promptly.

Our tallow-based products are naturally sensitive to temperature
changes. Due to their composition of natural make up without any preservatives,
they can soften, melt, or change consistency in warm conditions, particularly above
85 degrees. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any product that arrives
melted due to high temperatures during transit or storage. We take precautions
to ensure products are shipped in stable conditions and shipped using insulated
packing mailers but if left out in warm temperatures it will inevitably melt.
To avoid this bring your packages inside as soon as possible in the warmer
months.
